  1. Right on! Exactly! I have a friend who ate out FOUR nights last week, slept in every day, doesn't work, and generally is sedentary. She ate salads for lunch three days and expected the weight to fall off. What?! Really? Let me go figure that out during my ten mile bike ride and my three mile run after...
